This competition is organised by Coletta & Tyson Retail Ltd ("the Promoter").

The competition opens on 6th July at 6:00pm and closes at 11:59pm on 19th July. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Coletta & Tyson Retail Ltd are not eligible to enter.

5. Prize
One winner will receive a Diddly Squat Farm Shop Hamper with an approximate retail value of £79.95.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes.
The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Coletta & Tyson Facebook page within seven (7) days of the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Collection
The prize must be collected from Coletta & Tyson Garden Centre.
Proof of identity may be requested before the prize is released.
8. Publicity
By entering the competition, the winner agrees that their full name may be used by the Promoter for reasonable promotional purposes, including social media and website announcements.
9. Data Protection
Any personal information supplied as part of this competition will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting the winner. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
