Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.
In-Store Purchases
You can return most items within 28 days of purchase, provided:
· The item is unused and in a saleable condition
· It is returned in its original packaging
· You have your receipt or proof of purchase
Returns can be made at our Customer Service Desk in store.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or damaged, please return it to us as soon as possible.
We’ll assess the item and, where appropriate, offer a refund, repair or replacement.
Refunds
· Refunds are issued using the original payment method
· The amount refunded will be the price paid.
· Loyalty points or gift card payments will be returned to the original account or card
Please note: Any loyalty or reward points earned will be adjusted if an item is returned.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges where possible.
If there is a price difference, this will either be refunded or charged accordingly.
Proof of Purchase
If you no longer have your receipt:
· Card or digital payments may be accepted as proof of purchase
· Cash purchases without a receipt cannot be refunded
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
· Bespoke or special-order items
· Items sold as seen or reduced for clearance
Plants & Live Products
· Selected hardy plants are covered by our 5-year plant guarantee (terms apply)
· Live animals must be returned within 48 hours of purchase, subject to assessment
Online Orders
Cancelling or Returning an Order
If you purchase online, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK distance selling regulations.
Items must be:
· Unused and in a saleable condition
· Returned in original packaging where possible
Returning Online Orders
· Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
· We recommend using a tracked delivery service

Faulty or Incorrect Orders
