Dog-Friendly

We’re a dog-friendly garden centre and well-behaved dogs are welcome across most areas of the site. With plenty of space to explore and new smells to discover, it’s a great place to enjoy a visit with your dog.

To make sure everyone enjoys their visit, we ask that:

·         Dogs are encouraged to do their business before entering the centre

·        Owners are responsible for their dogs and must be kept on a lead at all times

·         If there is an accident, owners clean up after their dogs and inform a member of our team.

·         Dogs are well-behaved and under control

In Case of Incident

Any damage caused to property, products or plants may be chargeable.

If a dog becomes disruptive, aggressive, or causes damage, we may ask that it is removed from the site. In more serious cases, we reserve the right to refuse future visits.

Café Area

Dogs are welcome in our outdoor café seating area, so you can still enjoy a coffee or bite to eat together. We have a range of treats to keep your furry friend occupied during your visit. Unfortunately, we cannot allow them inside the café.

Whether you’re popping in for plants, a browse, or a coffee, dogs are welcome to join you. Most visits with dogs are a pleasure, please help us keep things enjoyable for all our staff and other customers.
