How to Join

It’s easy to become a Loyalty Club member. Choose the option that suits you:

  1. In-store – Ask a member of staff for a registration form, fill it in, and hand it back to us.

  2. Online – Complete our quick Loyalty Club Registration Form and start earning points straight away.


Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions

1. Loyalty Card Requirement for Points Collection
To earn Loyalty Club points, members must present their physical card at the time of purchase and in person.
If the loyalty card is not presented during the transaction, points will not be awarded, and the member forfeits the right to earn points for that purchase.

2. Loyalty Card Requirement for Redeeming Loyalty Offers
Certain exclusive promotions and offers are available only to Loyalty Club members.
To redeem such offers, the loyalty card must be presented at the point of redemption.
Failure to present the card will result in the offer being void and the member ineligible for the benefit.

3. No Retrospective Claims
Points and loyalty offers cannot be added or applied retrospectively. Transactions completed without the loyalty card being presented at the time of purchase will not be eligible for points or benefits.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Cards
Members must report any lost, damaged, or stolen loyalty cards to Coletta & Tyson Customer Services as soon as possible.
Replacement cards will be issued upon request.

5. Amendments to Terms
Coletta & Tyson reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions and the Loyalty Club points system at any time, without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to delete inactive accounts—along with any unredeemed points—after 24 consecutive months of inactivity.
