We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may wish to return products you have bought from us.

  • If you want to return a product you have bought in store or online please return the item to our Customer Service Desk in store within 28 days of receipt.
  • You must have proof of purchase e.g. a receipt
  • The item being returned must be in their original packaging, be undamaged and still be in saleable condition.
  • Live animals from our 4 Pets department must be returned within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Hardy plants from our plant area have a guarantee for 5 years. 
  • Sales Discounted Items do not qualify for a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty
  • Bespoke Items and Customer Special Order Items, do not qualify for a refund or exchange, unless the items are faulty.
If your product is damaged or is faulty:
  • If any products are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of taking delivery or purchase or as soon as possible after that.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you directly onto the card that was used to make the purchase. If the purchase was made by cash, the refund will be given in cash.
  • In the event of a refund, all Rewards points received for the purchase of a refunded product will be removed from your Rewards account.
